  • Couscous 200 g
  • Chicken broth 200 ml
  • ½ red onion
  • ½ Red Pepper
  • ½ Green Pepper
  • Butter

Step by step instructions for pomegranate tabulet recipe

Step 1

Dice the peppers and onion. Sauté with butter for 3 minutes over low heat.

Step 2

Split the pomegranate in halves and pound the peel to release the pomegranate arils or use a tub of shelled pomegranate.

Step 3

Heat the poultry stock with a tablespoon of butter. Once hot, turn off and add the couscous. Cover and let stand 15′.

Step 4

Add and mix the vegetables to the couscous. Mix.

Step 5

Serve in a circular mold. Decorate with a layer of pomegranate arils.
