  • Melon Piel de Sapo 200 g
  • Fresh salmon 100 g
  • Sesame seeds 40 g
  • ½ Avocado
  • Sesame oil 1 tablespoon
  • Rice vinegar 1 tablespoon
  • Soy sauce 1 tablespoon

Step by step instructions for salmon tartar recipe with melon

Step 1

To prepare the salmon tartar with melon, cut the salmon and avocado into small cubes of 2×2 cm.

Step 2

Separately, in a bowl, mix the rice vinegar, sesame oil, soy and lime. Add the salmon and marinate covered for half an hour in the refrigerator.

Step 3

Cut the Peris piel de sapo melon into a rectangular piece of approximately 4 cm and about 10 cm long. With the help of a mandolin or fine knife we cut it into thin slices and place it on a plate, mounting one piece on top of the other.

Step 4

We recover the marinated salmon, add the avocado and put it on top of the melon.

Step 5

Garnish with the juice from the dressing.
