This Internal Reporting System (ethics channel) has been implemented by Vicente Peris S.A. in order to provide an effective mechanism for detecting possible irregularities that could put the company's reputation and image at risk.
The system follows in detail the provisions of Law 2/2023 of 20 February, the regulation governing the protection of persons who report regulatory breaches and the fight against corruption.
This channel may be used by anyone who has an employment or professional relationship with the company. Reports will be handled and resolved in accordance with the law, respecting confidentiality and guaranteeing that the reporting person will not suffer retaliation.
This channel is intended for reporting breaches or conduct occurring within the scope of Vicente Peris S.A.'s activities, as well as within the applicable legal framework.
Finally, this ethics channel must be used consciously and responsibly, avoiding abusive or bad-faith use. It is therefore important that only truthful information is submitted.
