In its second edition is celebrated in Meliana the gastronomic contest of the most authentic paella of the orchard of Valencia. Peris will be in the town hall square of Meliana to support and learn from the teachers who come from all over the Valencian Community. Oh, there is also a dessert contest with the native peanut “del Collaret”. What a day we have ahead of us.
