- 4 cheeks already cooked
- Peanut pumpkin Peris 2cm thick by 10 cm long
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Step 1
Cut a squash wedge from the seedless part. Peel and place the squash cube in a frying pan to mark with a little oil.
Step 2
If you do not have a steamer, bring water to a boil and place the pumpkin in a colander, making sure that the water does not touch the colander, so that the steam cooks the pumpkin. Cook for 10 minutes.
Step 3
Crumble the cheeks and heat.
Step 4
Cut the pumpkin into diagonal slices, place the pumpkin on a plate and serve the chuck next to it.
